Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Progressive is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate in a remote work position based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. This part-time entry-level role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information and assistance regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Perform data entry and update customer records as needed - Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer satisfaction - Meet performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in customer service is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent
