Job Description: Ameriprise Financial, a leading financial services company, is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. This position is at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Managing a team of customer care representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery - Overseeing the resolution of customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Providing training and guidance to customer care team members - Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for improvement - Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 8+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in customer relationship management software - Resourceful and dedicated with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Soft skills in presentation and people management
