Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

As a Customer Care Manager at Realogy Holdings, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the customer care team while working remotely from Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. We are looking for a motivated and confident individual with at least 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the customer care team to ensure high-quality service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor and analyze customer care metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and effective solutions. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer care issues and improve processes. 6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer care.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service or customer care management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to think innovatively and drive change within the organization. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
