Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Liberty Mutual Insurance Group is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner - Assist customers with policy changes, claims processing, and general inquiries - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize negotiation and leadership skills to resolve customer issues and complaints - Collaborate with other team members to problem-solve and improve customer service processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong negotiation and leadership skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
