As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, exchanges, and returns accurately - Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities - Confidence and perseverance to handle challenging situations - Innovative thinking to improve customer care processes
