Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Univar is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a remote basis in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat support - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Process orders and handle returns or exchanges efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software preferred - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
