Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: As a Customer Service Associate at Mutual of Omaha Insurance, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while working remotely from Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. In this part-time position at the Associate level, you will leverage your 3 years of experience to support customers with their insurance inquiries and needs.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Process insurance policy changes, renewals, and cancellations - Assist customers with claims processing and provide information on policy coverage - Educate customers on available insurance products and help them find the best solutions for their needs - Maintain accurate customer records and ensure confidentiality of customer information - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Resilient and confident individual with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home - Insurance industry experience is a plus
