Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team at Hilton Worldwide Holdings. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This position is part-time and offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: - Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Provide support to guests with booking reservations, changes, and cancellations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with special projects and assignments as needed
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience - Hardworking and energetic personality traits - Strong leadership and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
