Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Logitech International SA is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to work remotely from Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent and confident, with strong planning and research skills.


Responsibilities:


- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide support and assistance to customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with special projects and tasks as needed


Requirements:


- 1 year of experience in customer service - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong planning and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong problem-solving abilities - High school diploma or equivalent
