Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Quanta Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of remote work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor customer feedback and escalate any issues to management as necessary - Work closely with the sales team to support customer retention and growth initiatives

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Passionate about providing exceptional service to customers - Critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve complex issues - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
