Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Veritiv, a leading global provider of packaging solutions, is seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Service Officer to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Geneva, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide solutions. 5. Utilize project management skills to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks. 6. Assist in planning and executing customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong planning and project management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 5. Detail-oriented and organized. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
