Job Description:
Kistler Instrumente AG, a leading technology company based in Bern, Switzerland, is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide technical support when needed. 3. Maintain accurate customer records in our database and update as necessary. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 6. Assist with the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. 3. Excellent planning and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. 4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software. 7. High school diploma required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
