Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Freeport-McMoRan. This is a remote work position based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH and is part-time with entry-level seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide assistance and support to customers regarding product information, order status, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Presentation and critical thinking skills
