Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Customer Success Assistant to join our team at WEC Energy Group. This is a part-time remote position based in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing customer accounts and ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Provide support to customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings to address any concerns or issues they may have. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition. 4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues to promote customer retention and loyalty. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Assist in creating and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders. 7. Track and report on customer success metrics to measure performance and identify areas for growth.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and presentation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment. 5. Leadership skills and the ability to influence and inspire others. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Driven and motivated to achieve customer success and exceed expectations.
