Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Customer Success Assistant to join our team at News Corp. This is a part-time, remote position based in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As an Associate Level Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. - Assist in onboarding new customers and providing training and support as needed. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner. - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Prior experience in the media industry is a plus.
