Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

We are seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Patek Philippe SA. This position is a remote work opportunity based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH, and is a part-time role at the Associate Level with a requirement of 3 years of experience.

As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience. You will also be tasked with building relationships with customers, upselling products or services, and collecting feedback to improve our offerings.
