Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Unum Group is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Success Assistant to join our remote team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. This part-time, entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in customer success and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and assess their overall satisfaction - Assist in creating and updating customer success documentation and knowledge base

Requirements: - Highly motivated and energetic individual with a passion for customer service - Strong negotiation and leadership skills to effectively manage customer relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required
