Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Swisscom, a leading telecommunications company in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our remote team. As an Associate level role, we are looking for an individual with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role. This position requires a motivated and confident individual who possesses strong leadership and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and needs

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
