Customer Success Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

AES is currently seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our remote team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships with clients - Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve overall satisfaction - Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase retention and loyalty

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and remotely - Creativity and problem-solving abilities - Strong organizational and time management skills - Experience in people management is a plus - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
