Customer Success Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Cablevision Systems is seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional service and support. You will work closely with customers to identify their needs, address any issues or concerns, and help them achieve their desired outcomes.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and support - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and requests - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Provide training and guidance to customers on our products and services - Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Gather feedback from customers and use it to improve our products and services - Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems effectively - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service - Hardworking attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers - Strong cooperation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
