Job Description - Customer Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Computer Sciences is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work position based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This part-time, entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are driven, confident, and possess strong analytical and decision-making skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns 4. Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in customer support operations 6. Assist in developing training materials and resources for customer support team members 7. Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 5. Prior customer service experience is a plus 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
