Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Skyguide is seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat. 2. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and feedback. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input. 7. Continuously strive to improve the customer support process.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 7. Adaptability to changing priorities and work environments.
