Job Description:
Dow Chemical is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of customer support services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. This position requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team of customer support representatives.
Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and monitor customer support strategies and processes to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues - Manage and mentor a team of customer support representatives to ensure high quality and efficient customer service - Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of customer support operations and implement improvements as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide feedback on product or service improvements - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive customer loyalty and retention - Manage customer support team schedules and performance evaluations
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing customer support teams and driving customer satisfaction - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Driven and reliable personality traits - Persuasion and planning soft skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
