Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at Fidelity National Financial. This is a part-time remote position based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer support roles, with demonstrated expertise in managing a team and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional customer service delivery. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and develop solutions. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer support roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. - Adaptable and resilient, able to handle challenging situations with professionalism. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
