Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and independent Customer Support Officer to join Cablevision Systems as a remote worker based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time position is suitable for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customer queries - Collaborate with team members worldwide to ensure consistent support for customers - Manage time effectively to meet and exceed customer service goals - Assist in developing customer service processes and procedures - Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate departments for continuous improvement

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Proficiency in research and problem-solving - Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required - Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus - High school diploma or equivalent
