Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: As a Customer Support Representative at Nordstrom, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. Your primary role will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, representing the Nordstrom brand and upholding our commitment to excellence.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, assistance with online orders, and process returns and exchanges - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and empathy - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met efficiently - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers - Contribute to a positive work environment by working collaboratively with colleagues


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to finding solutions - Adaptable and energetic personality to handle a variety of customer interactions - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using various communication tools and software - High school diploma or equivalent required
