Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Jarden is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in a remote work capacity. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and issues - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure resolution of customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - Reliable and energetic personality - Strong decision-making skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in a customer service role preferred
