Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Steel Dynamics is seeking a remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles. This part-time role will require a confident and hardworking individual who possesses strong teamwork and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and effective support to customers regarding product information, pricing, and order status - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer support experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong teamwork and creativity skills
