Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Anadarko Petroleum is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team for remote work in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Addressing customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Investigating and resolving customer concerns to ensure satisfaction. 4. Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Updating customer records and information in the database accurately. 6. Providing support and assistance to other team members as needed.

Requirements: 1. Independent and reliable individual with strong time management skills. 2. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work well in a team environment. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Prior experience in customer support is preferred. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
