Precision Castparts is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant for remote work based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are resourceful and energetic with excellent teamwork and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and assistance with online purchases - Resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to provide exceptional customer service - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Availability to work part-time during flexible hours
