Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Endress+Hauser AG, a global leader in measurement instrumentation, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to join our team. This role will be remote, allowing the successful candidate to work from the comfort of their own home. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and assist with product information. 2. Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and drive sales through online chat interactions. 3. Use creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide a positive customer experience. 4. Assist in planning and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and engagement through live chat. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop messaging and content for live chat interactions. 6. Monitor chat performance metrics and provide reports on chat volume, response times, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Independent and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong creativity and planning skills to engage customers effectively through live chat. 3. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely. 4. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM systems. 6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
