Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Zehnder Group AG is seeking a dynamic and confident Live Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through live chat. - Provide product information, pricing, and support to customers. - Collect feedback and escalate any escalated issues to the appropriate department. - Assist with tracking and reporting on key performance indicators related to customer interactions. - Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
