Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Live Chat Officer to join our team at Mutual of Omaha Insurance. This is a remote work position based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH, offering part-time hours at the Associate Level.

Responsibilities: - Conduct live chat sessions with customers to provide information on insurance products and services - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions - Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize negotiation and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers - Meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction and sales targets - Stay informed on industry trends and product updates to provide accurate information to customers
