Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Live Chat Officer to join our team at SGS SA. This is a remote work position based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat setting.

Responsibilities: - Managing live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information on products, services, and company policies - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment - Proficiency in typing and multitasking - Experience with live chat software is a plus - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
