Job Description:


ABB Ltd is seeking a motivated and reliable Live Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As an entry-level role, no years of experience are required, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses. 3. Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide seamless service. 5. Demonstrate attention to detail when documenting customer interactions and updating information in the system. 6. Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery. 7. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying ABB Ltd's values and promoting a positive image to customers.


Requirements: 1. Motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 4. Excellent negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints. 5. Proficiency in written communication to convey information clearly and professionally. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms. 7. Must be fluent in English and any additional languages are a plus.
