Job Description - Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Live Chat Specialist to join our team at LKQ. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing customer support through live chat interactions in a remote work setting. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a preference for candidates who have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support with their inquiries or concerns - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers - Meet or exceed set targets for customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven experience in a customer service or support role - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in typing and using live chat software - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Soft skills in adaptability and persuasion - Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus) - High school diploma or equivalent required
