Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Targa Resources. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for customers through live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions, upselling products or services when possible - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Monitor chat interactions and identify trends to improve processes and optimize performance

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively negotiate with customers - Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement - Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred - Proficiency in live chat software and customer relationship management tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
