Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Live Chat Specialist to join our team at DISH Network. This is a remote part-time position based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate level professional, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services offered by DISH Network - Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems - Offer solutions to customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think innovatively and provide creative solutions to customer issues - Experience in customer service or a similar role is required - Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Excellent multitasking skills and ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
