Account Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Account Support Associate to join our team at State Farm Insurance Cos. in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This is a part-time position at an Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, assisting with account inquiries and issue resolution. 2. Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 3. Prepare and maintain client records, reports, and documentation accurately and efficiently. 4. Assist with project management tasks, including planning and coordination of various client accounts. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies to provide accurate information to clients. 6. Participate in training and development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in the insurance industry. 7. Work closely with the sales team to support business growth and development initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 2. Strong project management skills with a focus on planning and organization. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve common goals.
