Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Freddie Mac is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing account support to our clients remotely. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and adaptable personality, along with strong soft skills in project management and teamwork.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with account inquiries and issue resolution through remote communication channels - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support for clients - Provide feedback to improve processes and procedures for account support - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to best support clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience in account support or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with remote communication tools and software - Familiarity with financial services industry a plus
