Job Description:
Barnes & Noble is seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 7 years of experience and a mid-to-senior level of seniority. The Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, providing exceptional customer support, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Analyze account performance data and provide insights to drive sales and profitability - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for account growth - Create and present reports on account activity, performance, and future opportunities - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies - Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve processes and customer experience - Travel to client sites as needed to build relationships and showcase new products or services
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in account management or a related field - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and develop long-term account plans - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong planning and people management soft skills
