Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Sonic Automotive in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to our key accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with our key accounts, serving as their main point of contact for any inquiries or issues. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for account growth and retention. - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to key account representatives. - Analyze account performance and provide regular reports to management. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to key accounts. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to key accounts.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or customer support. - Strong project management and decision-making skills. - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
