Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Support Manager to join our team at Philip Morris International in Geneva, Switzerland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in account support or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be hardworking, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide account support to key clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management on key metrics - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow between teams - Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their account status and identify opportunities for growth - Assist in the development of client presentations and proposals as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide superior service to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in account support or a similar role - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Team player with a cooperative and collaborative attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Fluency in English and French
