Job Description:
Ashland is seeking a motivated and resourceful Account Support Manager to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on product updates and new offerings - Provide training and support to clients on how to use our products effectively - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 6+ years of experience in account management or related field - Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving revenue growth - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent presentation abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Fluent in English and German - Must be located in Basel or willing to relocate
