Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at DuPont in Zurich, Switzerland. As a part-time Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, providing exceptional support and service, and driving business growth.


Responsibilities: - Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and requests - Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Develop and implement account management strategies to achieve revenue targets - Provide regular updates and reports on account performance to senior management - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Resolve any customer complaints or escalations in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to customers


Requirements: - Minimum 8 years of experience in account management or customer support - Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth - Energetic and driven personality with a passion for customer service - Strong people management and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English and German is required
