Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:

Tyson Foods, a leading food production company, is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute account strategies - Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reports to management - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations, and trainings - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Creative problem-solving abilities - Proven experience in account management or customer support - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
