Job Description - Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description: American Family Insurance Group is currently seeking a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team. This is a part-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in the insurance industry, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients, building strong relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on insurance products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and drive revenue growth - Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products - Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure their insurance needs are fully met


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of success in account management or customer service roles within the insurance industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Reliable and resilient with a strong attention to detail - Persuasion and creativity skills to effectively engage with clients and drive business results
