Job Description - Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Schweizerische Südostbahn AG. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home, based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in account management or customer support.


Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to increase account growth and revenue - Provide support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct regular account reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Monitor account performance and track key metrics to report on customer success - Assist in the development of sales proposals and contracts for new and existing customers - Work closely with internal departments to coordinate account activities and ensure seamless operations


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in account management or customer support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and project management abilities - Confident and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Fluent in English and French
