Job Description - Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and confident Account Support Manager to join our team at Cisco Systems. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level professional with at least 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key customer accounts.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and exceed expectations. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers. 4. Analyze customer data and provide insights to drive business decisions and improve customer satisfaction. 5. Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase products and services to customers. 6. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 7. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any customer issues or escalations. 8. Monitor customer accounts and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in account management or customer support. 3. Strong analytical and presentation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Previous experience in the technology industry is a plus.
