Job Description:
Dufry AG is currently seeking an Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing the successful candidate to work from home. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to our key accounts, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. This role will require a high level of independence and drive to succeed.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. - Act as the main point of contact for account-related inquiries and issues. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and address any account-related concerns. - Assist in the development and execution of strategic account plans. - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth. - Provide regular updates to account managers and leadership on account status. - Travel to meet with key accounts when necessary.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and under pressure. - Excellent planning and strategic planning skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel as needed.
